Stan 4.0

Overview

Meet Stan, the robot. The goal is for Stan to stand still and balance and (of course) resist falling over! This is version 4.0 and Stan still does not do everything right! Sometimes progress is slow!

To see the earlier version of Stan and observe some of the changes, click Stan 1.0. The amount of progress will be easy to observe!

There is enough information on these pages that you could quite easily create your own version of Stan. We are learning with Stan, but we hope to also help you as you learn more about robots. See what improvements you can come up with!
